There is an additional charge for your first window clean to reflect extra time & effort taken. This will be charged at 2 x the standard weekly rate. Example: First clean on a 3-bed semi-detached property for 6-weekly cleans: £48. For properties with less than 3 bedrooms, please use the 3 Bed Semi-Detached prices as these are our minimum prices.
